How can I suspend my service and/or report my device as lost or stolen?
You can suspend your service temporarily, as well as report your phone as lost or stolen, within Member Services. Here's how:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on the Phone & Plan tab.
- From the lefthand menu, select Suspend Service.
- Verify that your phone number is correct and choose a reason for suspending service. Hit Suspend [Phone Number].
You will receive a confirmation email shortly. You will continue to be billed your monthly service fee while your phone is temporarily suspended, and you can restore service at any point. To do so, just follow the steps above.
