You can transfer music, pictures and videos to and from your phone using a USB cable. This will work with most Windows and Mac operating systems, but it's dependent on your computer's setup. If you have any problems connecting your phone to your computer and a restart doesn't help, you may need to buy a microSD™-to-USB converter, such as a SanDisk® MobileMate™.
- Connect your phone to your computer using the included USB cable.
- You should see a Select USB mode screen on your phone. Tap Mass storage.
- On the USB connected screen, tap Turn on USB storage then tap OK.
- On your computer, find and open the newly created removable drive for your phone. (This is found in Computer or My Computer on a PC and on your desktop on a Mac.)
- Drag and drop files to or from your phone's drive as desired. When copying files to your phone, place them in the main folder.
- When you're done, tap Turn off USB storage on your phone so you safely disconnect.
