You'll need to call us to activate your phone. When your phone arrives, please wait to turn it on until asked to during the call. We recommend charging your phone for 30 minutes before calling us. (The battery is preinstalled.)
Please use another phone to call our customer service team at 800-411-0848. They'll walk you through everything and answer any questions.
Please note: If you're transferring the number from your current phone to your new phone, please don't use either phone when you call us. Once your number has transferred, you'll get a text from us confirming that the transfer is complete.
While your calls are carried on the Sprint network, all sales and service for your new phone are handled directly by CREDO Mobile. If you ever have questions, give us a call at 800-411-0848.
All unanswered calls are automatically transferred to your voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off. You should set up your voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated:

.
- You may get a What is Visual Voicemail? window. Tap Close to continue to setup.
- In the Personalize your voicemail window, tap Personalize now.

Please note: Voicemail-to-Text is not available for CREDO customers.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network for fast data speeds when you're checking email, browsing the web, downloading apps and more. By default, your phone's Wi-Fi feature is turned off. Turning it on allows your phone to find and connect to Wi-Fi networks.
To turn Wi-Fi on:
- Press

> Settings > Wireless and network.
- Tap Wi-Fi settings.
- Tap the Wi-Fi check box if it's not already checked. When it's checked, you'll see a list of available networks and their security settings (open network or secured with WEP, WPA, etc.) under Wi-Fi networks.
- Tap a Wi-Fi network to connect to. If you select an open network, your phone will automatically connect. For secured networks, enter the password and tap Connect.
When you're connected to a Wi-Fi network, you'll see
in the status bar. If Wi-Fi is on, your phone will automatically remember and connect to the Wi-Fi network the next time you're in range.
By default, the Bluetooth feature is turned off. To turn on Bluetooth and pair a headset:
- Press
>
> Settings > Wireless and network.
- Tap Bluetooth settings.
- Tap the Bluetooth check box to turn it on. When Bluetooth is on, the check mark will turn green and you'll see
in the status bar.
- Make sure your headset is in pairing mode so your phone can see it. (See your headset's user guide for instructions.)
- Tap Search for devices. You'll see a list of discovered in-range Bluetooth devices.
- Tap a device you'd like to pair with, enter the passkey from your headset's user guide if it asks for one, and tap OK.
Please note: Activating Bluetooth can drain your battery faster. We recommend only turning it on when you need it.
