You can find activation instructions in the box your device arrived in, as well as in the online support section for your device. Simply go to the Devices page, click on your device then click the link for activation instructions.
Our Member Services site allows you to check your usage, change your plan, add a line to your account, pay your bill and much more. You can sign up and log in anytime at credomobile.com/members.
With most phones, you can access your voicemail by pressing and holding the button with an image of an envelope or cassette tape on it. Typically, this is the "1" key or a non-numerical key at the top of your keypad.
You can also access voicemail by dialing your own mobile number. The first time you access voicemail, simply follow the prompts to create a passcode and customize your greeting.
Need to access your voicemail from another phone? Just dial your own number. When your call goes to voicemail, immediately press * and enter your passcode.
User guides for all of our devices are available online. Simply find your device in our list of user guides and download a copy.
Your First Bill
Since we bill a month in advance, your first statement includes all charges for the days since you started service, in addition to monthly service fees for the next month and any applicable taxes and other charges. Typically, this amount will be higher than your average monthly bill. Your first bill will also include a record of any equipment and accessories you paid for when you signed up.

Recycling Your Old Device
Because recycling is very important to us at CREDO Mobile, we ship every new device with a prepaid shipping envelope to send in any old, unwanted devices and chargers for reuse or recycling. If you use this envelope and your device still has value, a dollar amount equal to the value of the device will be donated to the progressive nonprofits we're supporting this year.
Please note: The prepaid envelope is not for exchanges or returns—only for recycling your old devices through our partner Eco-Cell. If you need to exchange or return your device, please see our Returns & Exchanges page for instructions.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes. You may exchange your CREDO Mobile device within 30 days of your order date. You'll be charged a $30 restocking fee for each device you exchange. If you're a new customer on a two-year service contract, an exchange doesn't extend your 30-day no-contract period. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for instructions.
Please note: All returns and exchanges require preauthorization. Please don't send us items you wish to return without speaking to a customer service representative first.
