Airtime minutes are deducted for every call, made or received, while connected to the Sprint® network, including long distance and voicemail calls. If you exceed the minutes included in your monthly plan, overage minutes are charged at a specific per-minute rate, which varies by plan. Check your plan details for more information. Please note: calls made and received during nights and weekends, as well as calls to and from other CREDO Mobile members, are not deducted from your monthly minutes.
Both parties are charged for the call, though calls to and from other CREDO Mobile members are free.
Not if you're on a plan that includes domestic roaming. Any minutes used during roaming calls will automatically be deducted from your monthly plan. If your plan does not include domestic roaming, you will be charged a per-minute roaming fee. Please call customer service at 800.411.0848 if you want to upgrade your plan to includes domestic roaming.
You will not be charged for long distance calls except in the following instances:
- If you exceed the number of minutes on your monthly plan. You'll be charged a flat per-minute rate (which varies by plan) for all calls, whether local or long distance.
- If you place an international call.
Yes. Calls placed to toll-free numbers (beginning with 800, 866, 877 and 888) are billed airtime. If you wish to avoid airtime charges to these numbers, we recommend that you place toll-free calls from a landline.
You're billed for web-browsing as soon as you connect to the web from your phone. You're also charged each time you click a link. Often, an animated icon at the top of your screen will appear when data is used. You will not incur data charges when simply reading or scrolling through a page.
Domestic data use is billed on a per-megabyte (mb) basis. If you don't have a web plan, you are billed at a rate of $1.99 per mb. A web plan can help reduce your web-browsing charges each month. We offer limited and unlimited web plans for basic phones and smartphones. Learn more about unlimited web plans. To add a web plan to your account, sign in to Member Services, at right, and select Change Services.
Texts sent to and received from friends and family in the U.S. are 20¢ each. Texts sent to international numbers are 25¢ each and are not included in our standard text messaging plans.
To save on texting each month, consider adding a text bundle to your account. To enroll, sign in to your Member Services account, at right. Under the My Account tab, scroll down to the image of your phone and select Change Services.
Below is a list of our current text bundles:
- 300 Text Messages Plan: $4.99/month
- Unlimited Text Messages Plan: $14.99/month
- Unlimited Family Text Plan: $24.99/month (includes unlimited text messaging for all lines on your account)
Texts sent to and received from friends and family in the U.S. in excess of your plan are 10¢ each. Texts sent to international numbers are 25¢ each. Bundles are offered on a per-phone line basis and are not shared unless you are enrolled in the Unlimited Family Text Plan.
A symbol, usually a triangle, will appear on your phone screen when in roaming mode. Some handsets may also display an alert that additional charges apply when you answer, place a call or access data while roaming; however, you can disregard this alert if your plan includes domestic roaming. (Accessing data while roaming in the United States will not incur additional charges on any CREDO plan.)

Data charges (fees you pay whenever you access the web from your phone) apply when you browse the web or download any content to your phone. Download charges can vary widely but often range from $2 to $3 if you do not have a web plan. Costs for ringtones, games and other downloads will be indicated at time of purchase.
There is no extra charge for call waiting, but you will be billed airtime for all calls.
There is no extra charge for three-way calling. You will be billed airtime and any applicable long-distance charges for both calls involved in your conversation.
No. There is no extra charge for Caller ID.
Call forwarding from your CREDO Mobile phone to another line is included at no additional charge and does not use airtime minutes.
