You'll need to call us to activate your phone. When your phone arrives, please wait to turn it on until asked to during the call. We recommend charging your phone for 30 minutes before calling us. (The battery is preinstalled.)
Please use another phone to call our customer service team at 800-411-0848. They'll walk you through everything and answer any questions.
Please note: If you're transferring the number from your current phone to your new phone, please don't use either phone when you call us. Once your number has transferred, you'll get a text message from us confirming that the transfer is complete.

- From the home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap and hold 1 on the keypad to dial voicemail.
- Follow the voice prompts to create your 4–10 digit passcode and record your name and greeting.
