How do I upgrade my phone?
It’s easy to upgrade your phone in Member Services. Just follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Under the My Account tab, scroll down to the image of your phone.
- Select Upgrade Phone.
- Select your new phone and choose a new one- or two-year contract. Click Select This Phone.
- Add any services, like text or Web plans. Or skip and proceed to checkout.
- If required, enter your billing and shipping information.
- Review and place your order.
Your new phone will be shipped for free. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order, as well as UPS tracking information.

How can I suspend my service and/or report my phone as lost or stolen?
You can suspend your service temporarily, as well as report your phone as lost or stolen, within Member Services. Here's how:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on the Phone & Plan tab.
- From the lefthand menu, select Suspend Service.
- Verify that your phone number is correct and choose a reason for suspending service. Hit Suspend [Phone Number].
You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly. You will continue to be billed your monthly service fee while your phone is temporarily suspended, and you can restore service at any point. To do so, just follow the steps above.
