Troubleshooting

Activation issues

If you just activated your phone and it's not working, please turn off your phone off and then turn it back on. If it’s still not working:

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings > General.
  2. Scroll all the way down and tap Reset > Erase All Content and Settings > Erase iPhone.
