Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your new phone or accessories, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of your order date. You'll be charged a $30 restocking fee for each phone you exchange. Please keep in mind that an exchange does not extend your 30-day no-contract period.

To make an exchange or return:

  1. All returns and exchanges require pre-authorization. Call us at 800-411-0848 to get a return authorization number from a customer service representative.
  2. Send your undamaged equipment in its original packaging with all included accessories and the user guide (if there was one). If you're returning a phone that came with an SD card, feel free to keep the SD card.
  3. Write your return authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the shipping package below the address. You can print out an address label here or simply address your package to:

  4. Ship your phone(s) via any service you like (UPS, USPS, etc.). We recommend you get a tracking number and insurance in case of loss or damage.

Please note: Your returned equipment must be received within 30 days of return authorization or your account will be billed the full retail price of any phones you're returning. This is generally much more than you paid for the phone.

Warranty Exchanges

If you believe your phone is defective, please give customer service a call at 800-411-0848 to see if it's eligible for a warranty replacement. If it is, they'll give you instructions on sending your phone back.
