Who We Fund
Most companies go into business to make money. Twenty-nine years ago, we went into business to make change. We’ve succeeded better than we ever imagined. Since 1985, we’ve raised more than $76 million for nonprofit groups working hard for social change—and this year we’ll raise millions more.
These donations cost our members nothing. But they mean everything to the groups we support. Groups like Planned Parenthood, Rainforest Action Network, the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, the ACLU and dozens more are fighting hard for progressive change.
Starting in 2014, we’ll be delivering our donations at the end of each month rather than the end of the year. At the beginning of each month, we’ll select three groups working on issues where immediate funding will make a real impact. As always, you’ll vote for the groups you think most deserve funding. These donations are one of our most powerful tools for change. Delivered monthly, they’ll be more potent than ever.
Here are the groups we’re funding now—plus some of the groups we’ve funded over the years.
Groups Funded to Date in 2014
Groups will be announced each month, along with donations totals for the prior month.
