How much are your plans? What’s included?

We’ve got a variety of plans to suit your needs. First choose a voice plan (starting at $39.99 for individual plans and $69.99 for family plans). Plans with myCommunity include unlimited calls to and from any five domestic numbers you choose. Once a voice plan is in your cart, you can add extras like text (if you didn’t choose one of our two voice and text bundles), data and insurance. Text plans can be shared or individual. Data plans are by line and required for smartphones.

How does the contract buyout credit work?

We’ll help cover the costs of any early termination fee you pay your current phone company with a credit to your CREDO account of up to $350 per line switched to CREDO, for up to three lines. After you join, we’ll mail you a contract buyout form. You’ll need to pay the early termination fee at your old phone company. Then simply send our form back with proof of your early termination fee and we’ll credit your CREDO account.

When will my new phone ship? When’s the last day to order for Christmas?

You should get your phone within 3–5 business days. We’ll expedite shipping so orders placed by 2 p.m. PT on Thursday, December 20 will be delivered by December 24.

How’s your coverage?

Our calls are carried on the all-digital nationwide Sprint® network, reaching more than 280 million people.† The 4G LTE network is available in select markets for 4G LTE-compatible smartphones. Be sure to check our coverage maps for the latest coverage information. You’ll need to check voice and data coverage separately.

Can I keep my current phone number? When will it switch to my new phone?

Yes. Simply provide us a few details about your current service, such as your account number, during checkout right before you confirm your order. When you get your new phone, activate it online (it’s easy). We’ll then transfer your number and cancel your current service. (Don’t cancel your service yourself or you’ll lose your phone number!)

What does “no contract for 30 days” mean?

New members get 30 days to explore their new service with CREDO Mobile before the early termination fee goes into effect. All service charges and late/damaged equipment fees will apply during the first 30 days.

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange your CREDO Mobile phone for another phone of equal or lesser value within 30 days of your order date. You’ll be charged a $30 restocking fee for each phone you exchange. If you’re a new customer, an exchange doesn’t extend your 30-day no-contract period.
