If your phone needs to be activated when it arrives, please follow the instructions on your phone's screen. You may begin using your phone as soon as it is activated, but we recommended giving it a full charge first. To view additional information about your new handset, please refer to your phone's user guide.
You’re charged 20¢ for each text message you send or receive. Or you can login to member services and add a text-messaging bundle to your service and save.
Messages sent or received in excess of your bundle are 10¢ per text. Bundles are offered one per phone line and are not shared among Family Plan lines .
Night and weekend minutes are minutes used Monday-Thursday between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., and 9 p.m. Friday through 7 a.m. Monday. Call rates are based on the time the call is initiated.
We’ve included a prepaid shipping label for CollectiveGood in your new phone box. Send them your old cellphone and they’ll refurbish it for reuse, usually by someone in the developing world.
