- From the home screen, swipe up the navigation bar or double-press the Menu
key (
) to open the All panel if it’s closed.
- Scroll down and select Setup (
).
- Select Email Accounts.
- Select Internet Mail Account.
- If you haven’t already set up your BlackBerry ID, you may be prompted to do that first.
- Once your BlackBerry ID is set up, review and accept the Terms and Conditions to continue.
- Follow the prompts to set up your account and change any settings.
- Once an account is set up, you can select Set up another email account to set up additional accounts.
An icon is added to your home screen for each email account you’ve set up.
- From the home screen, select the icon for the email account you’d like to use.
- From your inbox, press the Menu key ().
- Select Compose Email.
- Start typing a recipient’s email address. Matching entries from your address book will appear below as you type. Select one to complete the address.
- Enter a subject and message.
- When you’re done, tap or select the mail icon in the top right corner to send the email.
