When you receive your new BlackBerry® Curve™ 9330 smartphone from CREDO Mobile, please don't install the battery or turn on the phone. Use another phone to call our friendly customer service team at 800-411-0848. If you're transferring your existing phone number, please use a third phone to call us. We'll help activate your phone, set up your personal email and answer any questions you may have.
Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
Your BlackBerry smartphone lets you connect to an available Wi-Fi® network to check your email and browse the web at the fastest possible speed.
- From the home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button (
).
- Select Manage Connections (
).
- Select Wi-Fi (the check box to the right of Wi-Fi should be marked to signal that it's on).
- Select Set up Wi-Fi Network.
- Available Wi-Fi connections will be listed. Select the one you want to connect to.
- You may need to enter a password to connect to an access point. Enter it and select Connect.
