If you have any problems connecting your phone to your computer and a restart doesn't help, you may need to buy a microSD™-to-USB converter, such as a SanDisk® MobileMate™.
- Connect your phone to your computer using the included USB cable.
- You should see a Connect to PC screen on your phone. Tap Disk drive then tap Done.
- On your computer, find and open the newly created removable disk drive for your phone. (This is found in Computer or My Computer on a PC and on your desktop on a Mac.)
- Drag and drop files to or from your phone's drive as desired. When copying files to your phone, place them in the main folder.
- When you're done, eject the phone's drive on your computer so you safely disconnect.
