Advanced Apps & Services
- From the home Screen, double-press the BlackBerry button (
).
- Select Browser.
- In the "Type address" input field, enter a desired URL. (We recommend testing with credoaction.com).
- Press down on the trackpad to submit the URL.
- If your URL was entered correctly, the webpage should load.
Tip: To zoom in and out, press and hold down the Alt key while sliding your finger up and down the trackpad.
Your BlackBerry smartphone provides Maps, a free application that can give you directions. Please note that this is not a voice-guided, turn-by-turn solution.
- From the home Screen, double-press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select Maps.
- Press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select My Location to zoom in on where you are located.
- Select Get Directions, enter the desired Start and End locations, and select Search.
The BlackBerry App World offers thousands of apps. Everything from games and social media to useful tools and more is available at your fingertips.
- From the home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select BlackBerry App World.
- From the home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select Text Messages.
- Press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select Compose Text Message.
- Enter a recipient phone number into the To field.
- Enter a message in the "Type message here…" input box.
- Press the BlackBerry button () and select Send.
- From the home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select Text Messages.
- Press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select Compose Text Message.
- Enter a recipient phone number into the To field.
- Enter a message in the "Type message here…" input box.
- Press the BlackBerry button () and select Attach.
- Select what you want to attach to your message (picture, video, etc.).

Your BlackBerry smartphone comes with Windows Live Messenger, Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger and AOL Instant Messenger preinstalled.
- From the home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select Instant Messaging.
- Select the Instant Messaging app you want to use and log in.
Your BlackBerry smartphone comes preloaded with Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. To access the apps from your home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button () and select the app you want to use.
Social Feeds is also included with your BlackBerry Smartphone. This is a free app that takes your Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and RSS feeds and creates a single, unified way to view them all. To access Social Feeds:
- From the home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button ().
- Select Social Feeds.
- Select "Social Filter" at the top of the screen and log into any social network you would like.
