When you receive your new BlackBerry® Style™ 9670 smartphone from CREDO Mobile, please don't install the battery or turn on the phone. Instead, use another phone to call our friendly customer service team at 800-411-0848. Furthermore, if you're transferring your phone number to your BlackBerry Style from any other phone, try not to call us from that phone either. We'll help set up your personal e-mail and answer any questions you may have about your new smartphone or service.
Connecting to the Wi-Fi and Wireless Network
Your BlackBerry device lets you connect to an available Wi-Fi® network to check your e-mail and browse the web at the fastest possible speed.
- From the home screen, double-press the BlackBerry button (
).
- Select Manage Connections.
- Select Wi-Fi (the check box to the right of Wi-Fi should be marked to signal that it's on).
- Select Set up Wi-Fi Network.
- Available Wi-Fi connections will be listed. Select the one you want to connect to.
- You may need to enter a password to connect to an access point. Enter it and select Connect.
